Legal & Institutional Objective
A valid Trust Deed in the name of Marial Educational and Charitable Trust was executed on 1st November 1989 and subsequently registered as Document No. 276 of 1989 on 3rd November 1989 at the Office of the Sub-Registrar, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore.
An amendment to the Trust Deed was later executed at Coimbatore on 20th March 2018 by Dr. D. Selvanathan, the Founder and Managing Trustee of the Trust, to further strengthen and update the objectives and functioning of the Trust.
The Trust is established with the objective of setting up and administering schools, colleges, technical and professional institutions for imparting general, academic, technical, medical, and professional education.
All institutions run by the Trust are intended to function as minority educational institutions under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of India, primarily serving the educational and social needs of the Christian community, while upholding inclusivity and service to all sections of society.
